Return & Refunds

We trust you'll adore your LinTek order, but if you're not entirely satisfied, returns and exchanges are simple.

Important:

  1. Products with signs of use may not be eligible for returns according to LinTek's policy.
  2. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please reach out to us promptly. We will try our best to assist with changes before sending the order, although some adjustments might lead to a slight delay. Regrettably, we are unable to modify or cancel special orders or orders that have already shipped. If your order has shipped, you may return it once it arrives.

1. Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of you’ve received the product to request a return. To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.


 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


 

3. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we offer a full refund or replacement. To request a refund or replacement, please follow the return process outlined below.


 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Damaged items (unless damaged during shipping or faulty on arrival).

  • Items with alterations or modifications (e.g., opened or used products).

  • Missing pieces or accessories from the product (please verify contents before returning).


 

5. How to Return an Item

To start the return process, follow these steps:

    • Order number and proof of purchase.

    • A photo or video of the item (if the product is not working).

    • Your address and contact information.

  2. After receiving your return request, we will provide you with:

    • A shipping label for returns.

    • Return address (if applicable).

  3. Pack the product securely to prevent further damage during return shipping. Please include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  4. Provide the tracking information for your return shipment. If you print the return label, you can provide the tracking number. If we handle the return shipping, we will automatically track it for you.


 

6. Return Address & Shipping Costs  

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
